About us
With experience as CEO of a major ferry company, a commercial port, and a smaller shipping and forwarding business. This combined with earlier service as an officer in the merchant fleet bring decades of operational and organisational leadership to every assignment.
Lately, I have led a comprehensive maritime gap analysis for the EU in Ukraine, working on-site in a country at war. This experience strengthened my insight into resilience, civilian defence, and the strategic importance of maritime infrastructure under extreme conditions.
This unique combination of leadership accountability, crisis tested decision making, extensive board experience, and deep sector expertise allows me to support clients with both strategy and execution.
